New Beatles Art - Part 2

I just got word that the Beatles-theme exhibit I mentioned last post probably won’t happen. But I’m not letting that stop me. Below are a few more bits and pieces I created for my new Beatles montage, which will now make its public debut in an exhibit in Mt. Lebanon, PA this October.

Loose oil wash for use in Ringo Starr's face.

Loose oil wash for use in George Harrison's face.

Right now the plan is to use these loose, painterly heads in as a background "fill" for a more detailed pencil rendering of each of their heads. Share those pencil renderings with you next post.

An lastly for today...

A few abstract shapes, what I call “splotches” of paint. These are fun to create
and can be used in all kinds of ways in Photoshop!
